In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining cell towers and related infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity for 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G networks. Your expertise will help keep communities connected, supporting everything from everyday communication to emergency services. Duties Perform climbing and rigging operations to access tower structures safely and efficiently Install, troubleshoot, and repair telecommunication equipment including antennas, cabling, fiber splicing, and radio hardware Operate bucket trucks and bucket lifts to reach elevated work areas safely during installation and maintenance tasks Conduct high voltage and low voltage electrical work following strict safety protocols Execute cabling tasks including fiber splicing, cable routing, and securing equipment on towers or in shelters Use welding techniques where necessary for structural repairs or modifications Follow safety procedures rigorously during all field service activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with industry standards Requirements Proven experience with telecommunication systems, including 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G networks Strong knowledge of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems Skilled in fiber splicing, cabling, and rigging techniques Ability to climb towers safely using appropriate safety gear and procedures Experience operating bucket trucks or bucket lifts for elevated work tasks Familiarity with welding processes relevant to structural repairs or modifications Valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to operate heavy equipment such as bucket trucks and rigging gear Excellent field service skills with a focus on safety, quality workmanship, and problem-solving abilities Join us in building the future of wireless connectivity!
