$55,000 to $60,000 annually (Exempt) with
Uncapped Commission Schedule:
Full-Time, In-Office About the Role The Job Center is seeking a Center Manager to lead day-to-day staffing operations and serve as a trusted workforce partner to our clients. This role is responsible for overseeing recruiting, associate management, client relationships, and team performance while ensuring high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced staffing environment. The Center Manager acts as an extension of the client's HR function, managing the contingent workforce from recruiting and onboarding through assignment completion. What You'll Do Client & Business Management Build strong, consultative relationships with clients through a deep understanding of their business needs Serve as the primary point of contact for workforce planning, performance, and issue resolution Conduct client site visits to assess job requirements, work conditions, and staffing needs Proactively communicate to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships Staffing & Recruiting Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline aligned with client demand Interview, screen, and onboard candidates (I-9, E-Verify, background checks, orientations) Ensure timely fulfillment of job orders with quality talent Address attendance, performance, and employee relations matters Participate in job fairs, recruiting events, and outreach efforts Operations & Administration Maintain accurate records in Avionté (ATS), including payroll, assignments, and compliance documentation Manage Workers' Compensation reporting and incident documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws Answer phones and provide excellent customer service to clients and associates Leadership & Teamwork Foster a positive, professional, and results-driven office environment Collaborate with internal teams to meet branch goals Lead with accountability, reliability, and strong communication What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, operations, or a related field Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Experience managing client relationships and resolving issues Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Professional presence with the ability to interact at all levels Preferred Qualifications Staffing industry or onsite/client account management experience Experience with Avionté or similar ATS platforms Background in account retention and growth strategies Compensation & Benefits $55,000 to $60,000 annual salary (Exempt) 15 days Paid Time Off per year Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company-matched 401(k) Growth opportunities within a stable staffing organization Work Environment & Physical Requirements In-office, fast-paced staffing environment Frequent phone, computer, and ATS use Occasional standing, walking, or lifting up to 15-20 lbs Possible local travel for client visits or recruiting events The Job Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #
