We are an expanding company with many opportunities to learn and promote within. Immediate opening for an experienced Arborist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of tree biology and the ability to identify and diagnose tree diseases and pests. The Arborist will be responsible for all aspects of residential sales for tree services, as well as providing advice on the best methods for caring for trees. Customer service & forming relationships is a must. Candidate will be responsible estimating jobs and continue support of the crew through the completion of the jobs. Follow up on all soft leads and generation of new customer leads is a must. Position comes with a company car, company phone and a Surface Pro. Sales area covers Lake & McHenry County with the office located in Ingleside. Position is commission based. Certified Arborist a plus.

Responsibilities:

Inspect trees for signs of disease or damage. Identify and diagnose tree diseases and insect infestations. Conduct tree risk assessments. Develop plans for tree removal and replacement. Provide advice on the care of trees and shrubs. Operate chainsaws, chippers, and other power tools.

Full-time Pay:

$60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
