Certified Hemodialysis Tech or LPN

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become a valued member of our growing team. Part-time, 60 hours bi-weekly 12-hour shifts with every third Saturday and every other holiday scheduled Flexible, unit-specific scheduling—no fixed or permanent schedules Starting pay at $18.63 per hour, with additional compensation for experience Shift differentials: $1.00 for PM shifts, $2.00 for night shifts, and $1.50 for weekends Perform vascular access procedures under RN mentorship Follow RN guidance on patient target fluid loss Monitor and report changes in vital signs to the RN Observe patients throughout dialysis treatments Set up dialysis equipment Accurately document patient information High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 6 months patient care experience Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) certification required within 18 months of hire (on-the-job training available) Current BLS CPR certification : Career growth opportunities through our Career Development Center and Tuition Investment Program Competitive retirement plans and comprehensive healthcare benefits Supportive leadership committed to helping you excel A healthy work/life balance so you can enjoy both your career and your community If you're passionate about patient care and ready to grow your career with a respected health system, we'd love to hear from you!
