Help Kids, Moms & Families Thrive Join Our Team as a Family Wellness Coordinator

Energetic, caring individual wanted for approximately 32 hours per week in our fast-paced, family-focused chiropractic office. We are looking for someone who loves people, thrives in a high-energy environment, and wants to help create an amazing experience for every family who walks through our doors. No chiropractic experience necessary—we believe great people can be trained. We value heart, character, positivity, reliability, and a willingness to learn above all else. As our Family Wellness Coordinator , you will be the face and heartbeat of the front desk. This role focuses heavily on patient experience, relationship-building, communication, and helping our office run smoothly day-to-day.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and welcoming patients and families with warmth and enthusiasm Creating a positive, fun, and organized front desk experience Scheduling appointments and managing office flow Answering phones and assisting current and future patients Helping families navigate care plans, appointments, and office communication Processing payments and handling front desk collections Supporting office events, promotions, and community activities Assisting with organization, supplies, merchandise, and keeping spaces welcoming and tidy Being a source of encouragement, connection, and support for our patient families The ideal candidate is: ✔ Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys working with people ✔ Organized and detail-oriented without losing warmth and personality ✔ Adaptable in a fast-paced environment ✔ Comfortable using computers and learning new systems ✔ Coachable and eager to grow personally and professionally ✔ Dependable, punctual, and able to multitask ✔ Passionate about health, wellness, and helping families thrive We are a small, close-knit team that works hard, laughs often, and truly enjoys being together. Core Hours:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday:

7:30am-11:30am and 2:30pm-6:30pm

Tuesday:

2:30pm-6:30pm

Weekly Team Training/Admin Time:

Tuesday mornings 8:00am-12:00pm Occasional weekends, events, and travel opportunities

Compensation:

$20-$25/hour based on experience + bonus opportunities Retirement benefits and paid vacation available after first year Please apply
