Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Take the next step in your career by supporting students with communication needs in a vibrant school environment. This contract opportunity is ideal for skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists who are committed to making a lasting impact for children and adolescents across elementary, middle, and high school levels. You'll work directly with students—including 1:1 sessions—using your expertise to help them thrive both academically and socially.
Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license Certified to work within a school setting Experience with elementary, middle, and high school students Comfortable providing services in 1:1 and group settings Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Passion for fostering student growth and a collaborative mindset
Duties:
Conduct evaluations, interpret results, and develop effective treatment plans aligned with student-specific IEP goals Deliver direct therapy to students of diverse ages and abilities Work 1:1 with students to target individualized speech and language goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate interventions across the school day Document student progress and maintain accurate records as required by the school and regulatory guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, student-centered learning environment
