This is a great opportunity for a dependable, skilled technician with strong HVAC experience looking for a stable weekday schedule. Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pay $25.00 per hour Job Duties HVAC installation and system repairs Completing HVAC-related work orders Handling regular maintenance work orders throughout the community Performing punch work and unit turns Occasional work in the pool area, as needed Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently Qualifications HVAC certification required Previous apartment or building maintenance experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Professional, reliable, and safety-focused Dress Code Dark blue t-shirt or polo Jeans Why BG Staffing?
