Part-time, Full-time Automotive Mechanic & Service Advisor Job Overview:

Alaw Auto Repair is looking for an experienced Automotive Mechanic and also a professional Service Advisor to join our team. We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals with strong automotive knowledge and excellent customer service skills to work in a fast-paced environment.

Mechanic Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair gasoline engine vehicles Perform maintenance and inspections Repair brakes, suspension, steering, and electrical systems Use diagnostic scanners and repair tools Perform engine and transmission repairs Keep work area clean and safe

Mechanic Qualifications:

Automotive mechanic experience required Diagnostic experience preferred Own tools preferred Reliable transportation ASE Certification or Michigan State Mechanic License Preferred Ability to work independently and with a team

Service Advisor Responsibilities:

Greet customers and explain repair services Answer phones and schedule appointments Prepare estimates and invoices Communicate with technicians and customers Provide excellent customer service

Service Advisor Qualifications:

Customer service experience preferred Automotive knowledge is a plus Good communication and computer skills Organized and dependable Bilingual English/Arabic is a plus

Pay:

From $30.00 per hour
