• Full-time, Contract Job Summary A Plastic Surgery office, led by a double board-certified plastic surgeon, is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our patient care team.

This is a full-time, professional medical office role requiring exceptional clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient safety and comfort. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. We are a physician's office first and foremost, and we expect the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity. This position is for serious, career-focused professionals only — not for those seeking perks or discounts. Compensation $16.00

00 per hour (based on experience and certification) Bonus opportunities Key Responsibilities Prepare patients for consultations, procedures, and post-operative visits with professionalism and compassion Assist physician during in-office procedures and treatments Accurately document patient information in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) in compliance with HIPAA Perform clinical tasks such as vital signs, injections, suture removal, dressing changes, and other delegated medical tasks within scope of practice Maintain sterile and organized exam rooms, instruments, and supplies Manage inventory, assist with ordering, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards Provide patient education, instructions, and follow-up care guidance in both English and Spanish Support the physician and practice with clinical and administrative duties as needed Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries (phone, email, patient portal, etc.) Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required Bilingual

• fluent in English and Spanish (required) Minimum 2 years' experience in a medical office, preferably in plastic surgery or dermatology Strong understanding of sterile technique, OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory standards Excellent communication skills with patients and team members Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume office Professional demeanor, polished appearance, and commitment to patient confidentiality Strong organizational skills and dependable work ethic Proficiency with Apple computers and EMR systems a plus Schedule Full-time, in-office Monday-Friday Flexibility required for occasional evenings or weekends To Apply No phone calls will be accepted regarding this position.
