Job Overview As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and support within a medical setting. Your responsibilities will include assisting healthcare professionals, performing clinical tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the medical facility. Duties

• Conducting patient assessments and taking vital signs
• Assisting with medical procedures in various specialties such as Dermatology, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, and Operating Room (OR)
• Performing X-Ray procedures and interpreting results
• Administering medications, including inhalation treatments
• Coding and documenting patient information accurately
• Supporting inpatient care and outpatient clinic operations Experience
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program and certification
• Proficiency in conducting vital signs assessments
• Experience working in diverse medical settings such as clinics or hospitals
• Familiarity with medical coding practices
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

NOTE:

• -This is a full-time 40 hours per week position
• Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
• -This position requires a background check with the Agency for Healthcare Administration [AHCA].
