Position Overview We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or EMT to join our clinical team. This role is essential in supporting providers, maintaining efficient patient flow, and delivering excellent patient care. We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates , depending on experience and availability. Key Responsibilities Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints Assist providers during exams and procedures Perform clinical tasks such as injections, EKGs, and specimen collection Manage patient flow to support efficient scheduling and minimize delays Document accurately in the EMR (Athena experience a plus) Communicate with patients via phone and portal, including follow-ups Assist with referrals, prior authorizations, and care coordination Maintain clean, stocked, and organized exam rooms Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or EMT certification required Prior experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and patient service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment EMR experience required (Athena experience preferred) What We Offer Competitive compensation (based on experience) Flexible scheduling options Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunity for growth and development Why Join Us This is an opportunity to be part of a growing practice where your contributions truly matter.
