Job Description

Certified Medication Aide Duties:
Administer medications to patients according to prescribed dosages and schedules Document medication administration accurately and timely in medical records Monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications Assist with the coordination of medication refills and orders Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure proper medication management Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding medication usage and potential side effects Follow all safety protocols and procedures related to medication administration
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Certification as a Medication Aide or completion of a state-approved medication administration training program
