Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Welder bilingual (English/Spanish) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components, ensuring high-quality welds and adherence to safety standards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various materials and tools in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform welding tasks using various techniques including MIG and TIG welding. Fabricate metal components based on blueprints and specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling metal parts. Conduct pipe threading and soldering as needed for specific projects. Operate plasma cutting equipment for precise cuts in metal sheets. Work with sheet metal to create custom parts and assemblies. Use a micrometer to ensure accurate measurements during fabrication processes. Rig materials safely for transport or assembly within the workspace. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Skills Proficiency in welding techniques including MIG and TIG welding aluminum and steel. Experience with pipe threading, soldering, and plasma cutting. Ability to fabricate components from blueprints or technical drawings. Competence in operating forklifts safely for material handling. Strong skills in using hand tools such as grinders, saws, and drills. Attention to detail with the ability to build complex structures accurately.
