We love what we do and we're looking for a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home health and hospice team in Cedar City. Responsibilities:

We have a great team in Cedar City, UT that works hard, enjoys their jobs, and has FUN together! Comfortable working independently performing routine nursing assistant procedures Managing patients care within the home setting Working in an EMR charting program Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care

Qualifications:

Active Certified Nursing Assistant License Active CPR Certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated commitment to patient centered care Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
