Full-Time, Part-Time, and Weekend Availability Job Summary We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Illinois to join our long-term care team at a Haven Healthcare-affiliated facility in Grayville. This role is ideal for CNAs seeking stable hours, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to provide hands-on patient care in a skilled nursing environment. Key Responsibilities (CNA Duties) Provide direct patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, toileting, and transfers Support mobility, repositioning, and fall prevention Assist with feeding and hydration Take and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff Follow Illinois care standards, safety protocols, and infection control procedures Document care provided in accordance with facility guidelines Qualifications Active Illinois CNA certification (required) Listed on the Illinois Nurse Aide Registry (preferred) Ability to work every other weekend Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused Benefits Full-Time (30+ hours/week): Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (vacation, sick time, holidays) Life and Disability Insurance options Daily Pay access Employee discount program
