Full-Time, Part-Time, and Weekend Availability Job Summary We are hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) in Illinois to join our team at a Haven Healthcare-affiliated skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Grayville. This role is ideal for RNs seeking consistent scheduling, competitive pay, and the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities (RN Duties) Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing / long-term care setting Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as ordered Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and care plans Coordinate care with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary teams Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs Ensure compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies Respond to changes in condition and provide clinical leadership during shifts Qualifications Active Illinois RN license (required) Graduate of an accredited nursing program Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred Ability to work every other weekend Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Dependable, organized, and patient-focused Benefits Full-Time (30+ hours/week): Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (vacation, sick time, holidays) Life and Disability Insurance options Daily Pay access Employee discount program
