- + •Per diem / as-needed visits•+ •You choose your availability•+ Ideal for CNAs wanting •flexibility, variety, or supplemental hours•+ Work independently in the field while staying connected to a clinical team •What You'll Do•This is hands-on, patient-facing work where you step in and deliver exactly what's needed—nothing more, nothing less.

- What We're Looking For

- CNA or Home Health Aide certification
- + Experience in
- home health, hospital, or skilled nursing

- Reliable transportation
- to travel to patient homes + Physical Requirements - Sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs. + High School Diploma or GED
