Job Description:

We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dynamic team. As a CNA at Grand Regency of Rockford, you will be an essential part of our caregiving team, responsible for providing direct assistance and support to residents with their activities of daily living. Your role will include, but is not limited to, assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, Medication assistance and mobility.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living in a respectful and compassionate manner. Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to the nursing staff. Provide emotional support to residents and their families. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualifications:

Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of Illinois. CPR and First Aid certification. Compassionate and empathetic approach to caregiving. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
