Position Summary:

C.N.A. / Driver We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) / Driver to join our compassionate team. This dual-role position is essential in ensuring residents receive both excellent personal care and safe, timely transportation to medical appointments, outings, and events. Our ideal candidate is patient, reliable, safety-focused, and truly passionate about enhancing the lives of others.

What You'll Do:

Provide safe, on-time transportation for residents to and from scheduled appointments, outings, and special events. Assist residents during transport, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity at all times. Perform daily checks and routine maintenance of the transport vehicle, including interior/exterior cleanliness and fluid levels. Maintain accurate vehicle maintenance and transport logs. Deliver compassionate, hands-on care including assistance with: Bathing, dressing, grooming Dining and toileting Mobility and positioning Foster a warm, respectful, and supportive environment for residents. Support infection control practices and overall safety protocols.

Requirements:

Active C.N.A. certification in the state of Illinois Must be at least 21 years of age At least 1 year of experience driving a 16-passenger van High school diploma or GED Valid Illinois driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and proactive in a fast-paced or emergency situation Why Join Us?
