We're seeking a passionate and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house therapy team!

Responsibilities:

Assist in delivering treatment plans and provide direct therapy services to our residents Monitor and document progress, collaborating with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes Adapt activities and equipment to meet the unique needs of each resident Encourage resident participation and maintain a safe and engaging environment Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy goals and progress

Requirements:

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Ohio Degree from an accredited OT program Strong communication skills and a heart for seniors Positive attitude and a love for teamwork Bonus points if you're the kind of person who brings the fun!
