Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - PRN Skyview at Bridgeport Independence Rehab Independence Rehab is actively seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our therapy team at Skyview at Bridgeport, a well-regarded skilled nursing facility in Bridgeport, NE. About the Role As a COTA, you'll work collaboratively with the therapy team to support residents through rehabilitation, recovery, and long-term care-helping them achieve meaningful progress and improved quality of life. What You'll Do Treat a diverse caseload, including occasional clinically complex patients Perform and assist with all types of transfers Provide adaptive ADL retraining and functional task practice Collaborate closely with the evaluating OT and interdisciplinary care team Competency training is available -we're happy to support your growth in any of these areas What We Offer Flexible daily scheduling - we'll work with you to support work-life balance while meeting patient needs Supportive, collaborative therapy culture Requirements Current Nebraska Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing Associate degree from an accredited OTA program Organized, self-motivated, and patient-focused Passion for working with the geriatric population One year of SNF experience preferred, but newer clinicians with strong interest in geriatrics are encouraged to apply
