Registered Dietitian (RD) - Full Time On Site Hemingford Community Care Center - Hemingford, Nebraska Hemingford Community Care Center is hiring a Full-Time Registered Dietitian to support residents in Hemingford, Nebraska. Provide nutrition services across Hemingford Community Care Center Complete comprehensive nutrition assessments and document findings in the electronic medical record Develop and adjust care plans based on clinical data, including labs, weight trends, intake, and diagnoses Deliver nutrition education to residents, families, and staff Partner with nursing, therapy, and leadership teams to support resident outcomes Maintain compliance with CMS , federal, and Nebraska state regulations Support multiple locations as needed, with flexibility built into scheduling Contribute to quality improvement efforts and survey readinessWhat You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited dietetics program (ACEND/CADE approved) Registered Dietitian credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) Active state licensure in Nebraska.
