Personal Trainer For Anytime Fitness Novi Job Summary The Certified Personal Trainer role will start as part time with the opportunity to go full time as you become more established with Clientele. As the Certified Personal Trainer, you will receive a "base" hourly pay. Anytime Fitness Novi is considered to be a premier place to work within the fitness industry, where we strive to help our members through coaching and community support. We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated with a passion for helping others improve their lives through fitness, nutrition, and recovery. This position will help grow our Personal Training department by working in a creative, fun, and upbeat atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Fitness consultations

• this person conducts fitness consultations for new members, which include: goal setting, a body scan and fitness assessment, sample workout, and recommendation of our training programs. Training services
• personal trainers deliver high-quality, programmed 1-on-1 and group workouts with energy and safely. Educator
• educates clients on safe and effective training regimens, provides nutrition guidance, and promotes recovery. Drives results
• this person drives client success through session attendance and metric tracking. Membership sales
• this person has the opportunity to meet new people in the "front lines" of AF Novi, get commission pay on memberships sold, and create a great space for themselves to obtain more personal training client's.

Qualifications Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification CPR, First Aid, and AED Certified Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED Knowledge of fitness, endurance training, strength / power training and program design, using the tools given to optimize client results Strong ability to coach and manage time, motivating multiple clients Ability to work with clients from all walks of life, abilities and goals. Strong communication skills and team player. Flexible availability to train clientele. 1 year of personal training experience. Preferred Requirements Previous sales experience Exercise program design experience
