Position Summary:

We're looking for an experienced, certified Personal Trainer who is passionate about fitness, client success, and working as part of a high-energy team. You'll lead tailored training sessions, support client goals, and foster a positive, inclusive training environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver personalized 1-on-1 and/or small group training Build strong client relationships and retention Design scalable programs for all fitness levels Track progress and communicate results Maintain a clean, professional training space Collaborate with team, participate in events and meetings

Requirements:

1+ year personal training or related fitness experience Current personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, etc.) CPR/AED certified Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team-player mindset with a coachable attitude

Preferred:

Nutrition or group fitness certification (TRX, CrossFit, Les Mills, etc.) Background in HIIT, S&C, or corrective exercise Sales or client retention experience
