Certified Personal Trainer

Our trainers work with clients in fully equipped private suites, delivering focused attention, expert programming, and real accountability. We help people reclaim their health so they have the energy and confidence to do what they love outside the studio. We operate as a team. Compensation & Benefits $18-$24 per session (45-minute sessions) This position will be part time with availability from 1:30pm-9pm Possibility to go full-time in the future No direct sales or marketing responsibilities W-2 employee position (not an independent contractor) Schedule filled by the studio Complimentary workouts during non-session time What You'll Do Design and deliver safe, results-driven programs based on each client's goals, limitations, and lifestyle Coach, educate, and motivate clients to build long-term consistency Create personal, memorable experiences that turn members into lifelong clients Communicate with empathy and professionalism Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a positive, supportive culture Maintain studio cleanliness and safety standards at all times Represent the brand through polished appearance, language, and behavior What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of personal training experience At least 1 nationally recognized certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, etc.) Exercise science degree is preferred Strong understanding of program design and injury prevention Experience working with special populations is a plus Current CPR/AED & First Aid certification Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust quickly If you want to spend your time coaching instead of hunting for clients, and you take pride in delivering premium service, we'd love to meet you.

$19.50 - $24.00 per hour
