Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Certified and Licensed Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for supporting patients through exceptional service and care. Key Responsibilities Sync and onboard new patients into our pharmacy system Contact prescribers to request refills and verify prescription information Perform accurate data entry for prescriptions, patient profiles, and insurance details Provide outstanding customer service to patients and healthcare providers Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure efficient workflow and timely medication delivery Initiate and process prescription transfers from previous pharmacies Maintain compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and Senior Life Pharmacy protocols Qualifications Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) license required State pharmacy technician registration Prior experience in a retail or mail-order pharmacy preferred Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Proficiency with pharmacy management software and data entry Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off (PTO) Life Insurance Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing pharmacy
