Job Description

Our pharmacy isn't your average pharmacy. We're an independent, community-focused pharmacy in Paris, Tennessee — and we're known for doing things the right way. We specialize in retail pharmacy, non-sterile compounding, weight loss support, and professional-grade supplements. Every day, we build real relationships with the patients and community we serve. What You'll Do This is a dual-focus role: you'll be the anchor of our Med Sync program AND a key part of our compounding workflow. No two days look exactly alike. Medication Synchronization (Med Sync) Enroll patients and maintain accurate Med Sync profiles in PioneerRx Conduct monthly refill coordination calls/texts Align prescriptions for synchronized pickup or delivery Resolve insurance rejections and assist with prior authorizations Prepare, stage, and package Med Sync orders (including Dispill/blister packaging) Document all patient interactions in PioneerRx Non-Sterile Compounding Prepare non-sterile compounds in accordance with USP <795> standards Accurately weigh, measure, and mix ingredients Maintain compounding logs, batch records, and formulas Perform quality checks on finished preparations Manage compounding inventory and maintain a clean workspace General Responsibilities Deliver excellent patient-facing customer service Support daily pharmacy workflow and operations Communicate proactively with your team to keep things moving Schedule Monday-Friday, alternating closing shift (9:00 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM depending on the week), plus every 3rd Saturday. What We're Looking For Active CPhT certification (required) Tennessee state registration (required) 1-2 years of pharmacy technician experience Proficiency with PioneerRx (or strong aptitude to learn quickly) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Self-motivated with a high level of accountability You'll thrive here if you: Take ownership — you treat the pharmacy like it's yours Are coachable and genuinely want to keep learning Can handle complexity without losing accuracy Build real rapport with patients (they'll ask for you by name) Don't wait to be told what needs to be done This role is NOT a fit if you: Prefer a highly structured, change-resistant environment Are unwilling to compound or participate in Med Sync Struggle with accountability or coaching Are not
CPhT-certified Pay:
$14.75 - $18.50 per hour
