In this role, you will lead Pilates classes and Private sessions that inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals while promoting proper technique, body awareness, and overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients improve flexibility, strength, posture, and core stability through expertly designed sessions. This position offers you an opportunity to motivate individuals of all fitness levels in a supportive and relaxing environment dedicated to health and wellness. Duties Lead group and private Pilates classes, ensuring proper form and technique for all participants Develop customized workout programs that incorporate Pilates principles. Educate clients on physiology, body mechanics, and anatomy to enhance their understanding of movement and injury prevention Promote a positive fitness experience by motivating clients and fostering a welcoming atmosphere Support studio operations by assisting with check-ins, equipment setup, and maintaining cleanliness Experience Certification as a classical or contemporary Pilates Instructor from an accredited organization is required Proven experience teaching group fitness classes (minimum one year of teaching required) Private session experience a plus CPR/AED certified Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to tailor exercises safely and effectively Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of clients of all ages and fitness levels Excellent communication skills with a passion for helping others achieve their health goals
