StretchMed is a 1-on-1 assisted stretching model with a purpose to eliminate chronic pain, increase mobility, rejuvenate, and help you move well! We're looking for passionate, purpose-driven, part-time Certified Stretch Therapists (CSTs) to join our growing team at StretchMed Napa. Whether you're already in the fitness or wellness field—or you're just beginning your hands-on career—this is your opportunity to transform lives, one stretch at a time. You'll get trained in our StretchMed® Certified Stretch Therapist Method (CST™) and learn the powerful combination of PNF and static stretching, while delivering an exceptional client experience. Our sessions end with percussion therapy to accelerate muscle recovery and boost relaxation. Our purpose is to eliminate chronic pain, increase mobility, rejuvenate, and help you move well! Our proprietary stretch protocols were developed from over 50+ years of hands-on experience working with clients in fitness. StretchMed® Certified Stretch Therapists (CST™) use a combination of PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) and static stretching techniques in 1-on-1 stretch sessions anywhere from 1 to 2 times a week, depending on the needs and goals of our clients. Job Responsibilities:

Deliver 1-on-1 assisted stretch sessions using our CST™ method Guide clients safely through a tension scale-based stretch session Apply percussion therapy at the end of each session Track progress and provide recommendations for long-term mobility success Communicate with clients to ensure comfort, engagement, and satisfaction Drive sales success by converting introductory appointments into paid members. Make clear, confident, and compelling recommendations for appropriate membership or packages based on a client's needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment Assist local awareness campaigns when needed

• Distribute flyers and branded merch in high-traffic areas; partner with nearby gyms, fitness studios, chiropractors, and similar businesses for popup events.

Promote referral programs and ask happy clients to refer friends, family, or colleagues Requirements Certification, license, or degree in exercise science-related field Ability to learn fast and follow systems Must be able to reliably commute to location Likes working with people Ability to stand for extended periods of time Capable of facilitating assisted stretching sessions, which requires manual dexterity and the strength to guide and support clients through stretches.
