Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) with experience in plastic surgery to join our surgical team. The CSFA plays a critical role in providing intraoperative assistance, anticipating surgeon needs, and supporting efficient case turnover in a fast-paced ASC setting. Responsibilities Assist surgeons with exposure, hemostasis, suturing, and wound closure Anticipate surgeon's needs and support smooth case flow Assist with patient positioning, prepping, and OR setup Support safe, efficient turnovers while maintaining sterility Contribute to cost-conscious supply usage and process improvement Required Experience High School Diploma/GED Completion of a Surgical Technician Program. NBSTSA Surgical First Assistant Certification required. Two years of Certified Surgical First Assistant experience ( Plastic surgery preferred)

BLS, ACLS, PALS
