Winter Haven Ambulatory Surgery Center is hiring a Certified Surgical Technologist Welcome to Winter Haven Ambulatory Surgery Center At Winter Haven Ambulatory Surgery Center we provide first-class surgical services for local communities and recognize our employees as our number one assets. We focus on offering a high quality, ambulatory care alternative to a hospital for surgical procedures. We have been in operation at this location since 1985 and perform over 6,000 surgeries per year. Specialty areas include ENT, GI Lab, General Surgery, GYN, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, Oral Surgery and Urology. Surgical Technologist/Scrub Tech The Surgical Technologist scrubs for surgical procedures and demonstrates competence while functioning as a member of the surgical team. Maintains a sterile field during surgical procedures. Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment related to these procedures. Supports the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center. Supports and participates in quality improvement activities.
