Up to $46/hr Role Responsibilities Prepare operating rooms before surgical procedures Set up sterile instruments, equipment, and surgical supplies Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures as a Scrub Tech Maintain sterile technique throughout procedures Anticipate surgeon needs and support intraoperative workflow Handle surgical instruments and supplies efficiently Monitor and maintain operating room safety standards Assist with room turnover and post-procedure preparation Complete documentation using paper charting and Sorian ordering system Unit Information 4 Operating Rooms 3 PACU Bays Primarily Adult/Geriatric population Some Pediatric cases Paper charting environment Required Qualifications Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required BLS Required. Prior OR Scrub Tech experience required Strong sterile technique and OR workflow knowledge Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment
