Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Facial Plastic Surgery Practice | Beverly Hills, CA Part-Time / Per Diem (8-24 hours per week) We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our facial plastic surgery practice in Beverly Hills. This is a part-time/per diem role in a fast-paced, detail-oriented surgical environment focused on precision, efficiency, and high-quality patient care. Qualifications Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification (required) Minimum 1 year of operating room experience required (no new graduates) Experience in plastic or facial plastic surgery strongly preferred Strong knowledge of aseptic and sterile techniques Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to remain calm, focused, and efficient in a surgical setting Responsibilities Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies Set up the operating room, including sterile instruments, drapes, and solutions Assist the surgeon intraoperatively as needed Assemble, adjust, and troubleshoot both sterile and non-sterile equipment Assist surgical staff with sterile gowning and gloving Support the surgical team with patient care before, during, and after procedures Provide additional assistance to ensure smooth and efficient OR flow
