CFO

An established and growing organization is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead its financial strategy and operations. This executive role will drive financial planning, enhance operational performance, and support scalable growth across a multi-entity or multi-location environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can improve cash flow, elevate reporting capabilities, and serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with executive leadership to shape organizational strategy and translate business objectives into comprehensive financial plansOversee core financial operations, including accounting, forecasting, billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and payroll functionsEnsure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and reporting requirementsDevelop and execute cash management strategies to optimize working capital, improve collections, manage expenditures, and align inventory levelsLead the annual budgeting process and maintain rolling forecasts to support data-driven decision-makingProvide strategic financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvementSupport organizational readiness for external audits, reviews, and regulatory compliance requirementsPartner cross-functionally to evaluate and implement systems and tools that improve scalability, reporting accuracy, and process efficiencyEstablish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets, mitigate risk, and ensure accurate financial reportingEvaluate growth and investment opportunities, including acquisitions, through financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessmentIf you are interested in this opportunity or other Direct Hire opportunities through Robert Half please call Carolyn Barnett at 513.810.3821
