Optimize Revenue Cycle Integrity:

Spearhead charge master audits and process improvements to maximize billing efficiency, enhance collection efforts, and ensure full regulatory compliance.

Resolve Billing Inconsistencies:

Leverage deep clinical and coding expertise to analyze software edits and reports, proactively identifying and rectifying discrepancies to ensure accurate reimbursement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Managed Care and clinical departments to accurately code billable items and secure essential data for streamlined revenue operations.

Strategic Staff Education:

Empower case management and departmental teams by providing expert guidance on evolving payer requirements and effective denial/appeal strategies. What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What additional requirements you'll need Must reside in or near Austin, TX Medical billing and/or office experience preferred, but not required. Must be able to work at a fast paced environment that requires multitasking. Microsoft Word and Google applications experience a plus. Life at
