Full-Time Overnights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)Impact:

Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care, treatments, and medication administration Supervise, delegate, and support C.N.A. staff on the unit Implement and oversee resident care plans and daily nursing routines Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians, families, and leadership Ensure accurate, complete, and compliant medical documentation Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination Monitor medication storage, administration, discrepancies, and stop orders Conduct daily resident rounds and review charts for completeness Investigate incidents and accidents and complete required reports Promote infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance Participate in surveys, audits, meetings, and facility committees Assume unit leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Nurse Manager Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Maine Minimum 3-5 years of nursing experience Current CPR certification Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams Proficiency with basic computer systems and clinical documentation Commitment to resident-centered care and continuous quality improvement Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to perform physical duties, including standing, walking, lifting up to 35 lbs., and use of required safety equipment Why Join St. André Health Care Mission-driven, collaborative work environment Strong focus on dignity, compassion, and resident rights Opportunity to lead and mentor nursing staff Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement St. André Health Care is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer and an affiliate of Covenant Health . #INDHP Job Types:
