As a key member of our hospitality operation, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, kitchen management, and food service, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation. Your expertise in fine dining, catering, and restaurant management will inspire your team to create memorable meals that delight our guests. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills while managing daily kitchen operations with enthusiasm and precision. Responsibilities Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment Plan and develop diverse menus that align with the restaurant's concept and guest preferences Oversee food production, ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and adherence to recipes and standards Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment Coordinate catering events and banquet services, delivering exceptional service for large-scale functions Monitor shift operations, including staffing levels, food handling procedures, and customer service standards Train staff on culinary techniques, food safety practices, and hospitality excellence Experience Proven experience in fine dining establishments or upscale restaurants with a strong culinary background Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within a busy kitchen setting Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques across various cuisines and dietary requirements Experience in menu planning, food production management, and inventory control systems Familiarity with food service management principles including shift management and kitchen operations Background in catering or banquet services is highly desirable Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop culinary teams while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality Join us as a Chef where your culinary artistry will shine!
