Heavy Equipment Operator/Forman

The Foreman / Equipment Operator is responsible for overseeing and supporting environmental construction and remediation projects throughout Connecticut. This position combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on field work and heavy equipment operation. The ideal candidate is experienced, safety-focused, reliable, and willing to lead crews while actively participating in field operations. Responsibilities include operating heavy equipment, overseeing excavation projects, underground and aboveground storage tank removals, coordinating daily jobsite activities, performing environmental cleanup activities, and maintaining company equipment. This role requires strong leadership, communication, professionalism, and the ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
