Responsibilities :
How You Will Make a Difference + Detailed menu description to guests, take orders and then set table for each course + Coordinate service and ensure accurate timing and delivery of food to the proper table and guest + Lead all aspects of all side work and other tasks assigned by Management + Use computer work station (Micros system) + Coordinate the ordering, pick-up and delivery of all food and beverage to work station and to Guests + Partner with Demi Chef de Rang to provide a flawless experience to the Guests + Understand food safety programs and maintain USPH (United States Public Health) sanitation and cleanliness standards throughout work area + Practice up-selling and suggestive selling techniques + Follow all responsible vendor procedures for alcohol service + Bid fond farewell to all guests and ensure they enjoyed their dining experience
Basic Qualifications :
What You Will Bring to the Team + Minimum one year (two years recommended) recent experience in the service industry in a high-level fine dining restaurant setting + Experience in Michelin Star restaurant + Good knowledge of international wines and cocktail recipes, and brands of alcohol + Confident in speaking to well-traveled guests
