Responsibilities Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and support personnel, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene are maintained at all times Oversee menu planning and development, incorporating innovative dishes while adhering to dietary restrictions and customer preferences Manage daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation to deliver exceptional fine dining experiences Coordinate food production for catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision and attention to detail Monitor inventory levels regularly; order supplies efficiently to prevent shortages or excess while controlling costs through effective inventory management Enforce strict food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations; conduct regular staff training on proper handling, sanitation, and safety procedures Oversee shift management by scheduling staff effectively to meet operational demands and optimize team productivity Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or culinary leadership roles with a strong background in fine dining environments Extensive culinary experience with skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu development Demonstrated supervisory experience leading diverse kitchen teams in fast-paced settings Knowledge of food safety standards and certifications relevant to the hospitality industry Familiarity with banquet operations, catering services, and dietary department procedures Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory control and cost efficiency effectively Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and uphold high service standards Join us as a Chef / Kitchen Manager where your culinary expertise will inspire excellence!
