Job Description

Indian Chef As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of authentic Indian dishes in our restaurant located in Akron. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standards and meet customer expectations. Your knowledge of traditional Indian flavors, spices, and cooking techniques will be essential in creating delicious and authentic meals. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining kitchen sanitation and cleanliness, as well as managing inventory and ordering supplies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Indian Chef
  • Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Ability to create new and innovative dishes while staying true to traditional flavors
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
