We are a farm-to-table restaurant with an evolving, seasonal menu that highlights fresh, high-quality ingredients from local farms and mongers. We take pride in our mostly scratch kitchen and foster a collaborative environment where creativity is encouraged. Our team members have the opportunity to contribute ideas and play a role in menu development. Responsibilities Food prep, station setup, and breakdown Working service across fry, grill, and sauté stations Maintaining a clean and organized workspace Assisting with light dish duties during morning prep Lunch shifts require working on multiple stations Qualifications Experience working fry, grill, and sauté stations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work with others in a team-oriented mindset Position Details Approximately 40 hours per week Set weekly schedule Kitchen operates Thursday through Monday Service hours: 12 PM - 8/9 PM (lunch & dinner) Guaranteed days off: Tuesday & Wednesday Includes kitchen tip-out from front of house Compensation is based on experience and skills.
