Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Cherry Picker Forklift Operator to join the warehouse team at Hot Topic distribution center in La Vergne. This role is responsible for operating a stock picker (cherry picker forklift) to safely and efficiently pick, move, and stage merchandise in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a cherry picker (stock picker) forklift to retrieve and store products in high rack locations Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols at all times Work at elevated heights safely and confidently Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Maintain equipment and report any mechanical issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience operating a cherry picker or similar forklift equipment preferred Must be comfortable working at heights (high rack picking) Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures Ability to lift and move materials as required

Physical Requirements:

Standing, walking, and lifting for long periods Working at elevated heights on a daily basis Ability to lift moderate to heavy items as needed
