$70,000•$75,999.99 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM•4 PM education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Lead and supervise maintenance assistant, providing clear direction, training, and support to ensure high performance and safety standards. Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance programs utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, asset history, and maintenance schedules. Manage electrical systems including low voltage and high voltage equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and technical specifications. Oversee the operation and troubleshooting of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), schematics, HVAC systems, and other mechanical or electrical components critical to manufacturing processes. Coordinate repair activities for industrial machinery, facilities infrastructure, HVAC units, and electrical systems to minimize downtime. Plan and execute projects related to facilities management, equipment upgrades, or system improvements while adhering to budget and timeline constraints. Ensure adherence to safety protocols related to high voltage, low voltage, electrical work, and industrial maintenance procedures. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety audits in accordance with company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational workflows and implement innovative solutions for facility management challenges.
