We're currently seeking a Maintenance Chief (Chief Engineer) to manage and oversee all physical maintenance for our hotel property. In this key leadership role, you'll ensure the smooth operation and appearance of the facility—helping us deliver a comfortable, welcoming environment for our guests while protecting the owner's investment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all maintenance operations, including: HVAC systems, refrigeration, plumbing, and water treatment Preventive maintenance in guest rooms and public spaces Electrical systems, lighting, kitchen equipment, and emergency generators Maintenance of items such as ice machines, exhaust fans, and water softeners Perform minor and routine repairs (painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, etc.)

Requirements:

Proficient in the safe operation of hand tools and basic maintenance equipment Ability to read and interpret specifications, calculate materials, and inspect finished work Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and regularly lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs Comfortable with tasks involving reaching, handling, talking, hearing, and seeing Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Why Join Us?
