About The Company Vertically integrated legal services firm that provides high-volume, process-driven representation across Traffic Law, Estate Planning, and Personal Injury. Rosenblum Law operates as a multi-division business with a strong emphasis on systems, data, and operational leverage. The firm has grown to $7.5M in revenue and is now entering its next phase of scale toward $10M+, requiring tighter execution, stronger cross-functional alignment, and more sophisticated operational infrastructure. Unlike traditional law firms that rely heavily on individual practitioners, the firm is intentionally building a systems-driven, performance-oriented organization-where decisions are grounded in data, operations are standardized where possible, and leadership is accountable to outcomes, not hierarchy. The Opportunity This is a true integrator role. The COO will serve as an integral member of the leadership team alongside CEO Adam Rosenblum and his CGO and Managing Attorney-translating vision into execution, building the firm's operating system, and ensuring the business runs with clarity, accountability, and consistency. The Right Fit You are someone who: Thinks in systems, not tasks, and naturally looks for ways to create structure and clarity Is comfortable in environments where ideas are challenged and decisions are driven by logic, not ego Takes full ownership of outcomes-both wins and failures-without defensiveness Communicates directly and constructively, especially when something needs to be said Is highly organized, reliable, and consistent in follow-through Leads with humility, is coachable, and continuously seeks to improve Thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments where adaptability is essential Job Responsibilities Supporting the CEO Serve as a strategic thought partner, helping pressure-test priorities and decisions Translate vision into executable plans with clear ownership, timelines, and metrics Build systems that reduce CEO involvement in day-to-day operations Establish executive cadence across weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning Systems and Operational Infrastructure Architect and implement the firm's operating system, including KPI frameworks and dashboards Build and oversee a centralized project management function to drive execution Standardize processes across business units while maintaining flexibility for growth Optimize CRM, reporting systems, and overall tech stack to support scale Organizational Alignment & Leadership Act as the cross-functional integrator across Growth, Operations, Finance, and business units Establish accountability structures and clarify roles, responsibilities, and decision rights Coach and develop senior leaders to operate with greater ownership and clarity Lead organizational design and evolution as the company scales Strategic Initiatives Drive alignment across Traffic, Estate Planning, and Personal Injury divisions Ensure growth initiatives are properly sequenced, resourced, and executable Partner with Finance and Growth leaders to align operations with financial goals Lead high-impact initiatives including restructuring, systems implementation, and scaling efforts Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 8-12+ years in operations leadership, COO, Chief of Staff, or integrator roles Proven experience scaling businesses through a growth phase Strong background in building operating systems, KPI frameworks and accountability structures Experience working across multi-division or complex organizations Strong financial and operational acumen Project management platforms CRM systems and reporting dashboards KPI tracking and data visualization tools Process documentation and SOP systemsLogistics and Compensation Location:
