Position Overview We are seeking a clinician with experience and interest in working with children and adolescents. This role will primarily involve providing in-person therapy to children and teens at our New Paltz office. Some hybrid flexibility may be available if/when appropriate for the client, however, the ideal candidate enjoys and prefers working in person with younger clients. This position may be part-time or full-time, depending on clinician availability and caseload development. Responsibilities Provide psychotherapy to children and adolescents Work collaboratively with parents and families when clinically appropriate Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in supervision and consultation as needed Maintain professional and ethical standards of care Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate: Enjoys working with children, adolescents, and families Values in-person therapeutic work with younger clients Is collaborative, reliable, and clinically thoughtful Maintains strong documentation and professional standards Is interested in growing within a supportive group practice environment What We Provide Steady referrals from an active waiting list Administrative support (billing, credentialing, marketing) Professional office space in New Paltz Collaborative, therapist-owned group practice environment Supervision available for clinicians who require it Flexible scheduling Requirements Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related mental health field Active New York State license or permit:

considered upon review Experience working with children and/or adolescents strongly preferred Strong clinical documentation skills Commitment to professional growth and collaboration Schedule Part-time or full-time Primarily in-person sessions in New Paltz with potential for telehealth Afternoon and evening availability required Compensation & Benefits This is a W2, hourly position. Hourly rate ranges $40-$55 per clinical session based on experience, licensure, and caseload commitment.
