Compensation Salary options range is $55,000 to $65,000 annually with incentives available. Healthcare insurance is available. Retirement. Continuing education reimbursement. Office furnishings are provided. Responsibilities Establish therapeutic rapport with individuals with mental, emotional, and or substance abuse issues. Communicate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate best practice care for our clients. Work closely with school administration and personnel. Provide evidence-based therapy. When necessary, attend school meetings for clients. Develop and review treatment plans. Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies. Ensure all documentation is completed in accordance with Insurance company requirements. Work the THRIVE program when school is not in session. Qualifications Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields preferred A master's degree and appropriate license to practice mental health therapy (LPC, CSW, MFT, etc.) is required. Excellent written and verbal communications skills Exceptional organizational skills. Ability to build rapport with clients. Professional and personal maturity. High emotional intelligence. Ability to navigate and utilize computer software with training. Bluegrass Professional Counseling is an outpatient multidisciplinary mental health practice serving central Kentucky in five offices.
