Position Responsibilities:

Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment Use intentional teaching—not babysitting—to foster learning and growth Guide behavior using redirection and positive discipline techniques Monitor progress and communicate with parents on developmental milestones Collaborate with peers and leadership to support all children, including those with special needs Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards Maintain accurate records and incident reports Provide first aid and respond to emergencies as needed Be present, engaged, and completely focused on the children—no cell phone use during work hours Be open to learning, coaching, and attending occasional weekend or evening trainings •

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

Experience in a licensed daycare or educational setting Background in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred) CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to become certified) Strong classroom and behavior management skills A heart for children, a passion for learning, and a professional mindset Dependable, enthusiastic, and committed to excellence Why Kinder Kollege?
