Child Care Teacher (Part-Time)

Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote childhood development and learning through play, exploration, and structured activities Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and emotional security at all times Manage classroom activities effectively, maintaining positive behavior management strategies and classroom management techniques Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing inclusive caregiving tailored to individual requirements Administer basic first aid when necessary and communicate with parents or guardians about their child's progress or concerns Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence Collaborate with colleagues to plan educational activities and share best practices in early childhood education and caregiving Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or classroom settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education methods Certification in first aid and CPR required; additional training in special education or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Strong classroom management skills with the ability to foster positive behavior and social skills among children Experience caring for infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children demonstrating patience and nurturing qualities Ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds and developmental needs Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members Join us in creating joyful learning experiences that empower young children to thrive!
